SVG Dial template

Made a little SVG dial template for those of us more vector than pixel inclined. Has dynamically generated tick marks via path effects and guides that show where the rough center of rotation for the pointer is if you need to align things to it. (at least in inkscape!) Should make it easy for folks to add custom text or ticks if you're just getting started.

Thank you for sharing this. Vector template is a really nice idea!

It should also be possible to make a "backplate generator" from this SVG template.
