Rebuilding Libre for the demo app.

The demo app does not see AMD granite ridge CPUs because it is using an outdated version of LibreHardwareMonitor. Libre should be built from source with commit 23207acb098490523ca1b68488314a88489c4a58 to add support for AMD 9000 series CPUs.

There is currently an issue with inaccurate core clock reporting in Libre, but the temperatures appear to work fine and it's better than not seeing the CPU at all. I wrote my own app for controlling the dials but this would be good for people that only use the demo app.
